Design/Build

Design/Build is an integrated process of design and construction from conception to the finished project.  With both design and construction brought together as one entity, the owner feels confident that quality, cost savings and timing is brought together as one single responsibility.  And there’s no room for “finger pointing” in Design/Build.  With Design/Build, the owner is not hassled with coordination of the trades, but can focus on timely decisions related to the outcome of the project. 

To start this process, you meet with our designers to discuss your ideas and what you perceive your new spaces to be, and how you will use them.  From this meeting, a design concept will be prepared and presented to you.  Modifications or revisions can be made at this time, while they are still just on paper.  You will be included in every step of the design.  You become a very integral member of the team, thereby included in the decision process from beginning to end.  It is also a time of relationship building.  This process affords you the opportunity to well know and trust your builder, long before the first dirt is moved.
